All change ?
Well not quite yet…
B/f me gf cereal and milk. Well this will need to be a change. I really like this one though it actually tastes ok . There’s one made from Sorghum which I think will need to come into play .. but I’ve half a box left yet.
Himself shredded wheat which I believe would be fine.. or could have porridge year round. I don’t tolerate oats like this so porridge is a no for me. Actimel yog again needs just natural.
Lunch. Me gf rolls with cheese and tomato , leaves ,Mayo , bakes. Well the cheese , tomato and leaves could stay. Am thinking of trying to make soda bread with gf flour or hm flatbread as I’ve made that before. Will be a while until my supplies run out.
Himself scrambled egg, mushroom ,spinach, tomato which is again fine but he had a bag of bakes … maybe ready salted fancy crisps in the cupboard on standby.
Tea. Me hm spaghetti Bol (lamb mince, oyster mushrooms , spring onion tops , olives, tinned toms ) the last is possibly a upf but it’s something I can eat and that sauce is also low fodmap. Had with gf macaroni and some grated cheese.
Himself same but with onions added and quorn mince which I know is a big no but it’s finding an acceptable alternative.
He also snacks way more than me.. onion rings, cheddars etc so need to find something like this I can make. Was thinking cheese pastry and freeze it in wee bags as it won’t last long.. are oatcakes upf ? Need to check that one out. Maybe the organic plain ones won’t be.
I also had my glass of cordial but that is staying🤣.
Making me really think, this is, although thinking of the changes is probably way easier than carrying them out.
